Kevin started baking with his Mom at a young age, discovering his love for baking and creating under her guidance. Inspired by her tradition of baking cheesecakes and cookies for the community, he inherited the joy of baking for others. With a family background in delis and bakeries, he learned the importance of quality and service from his Dad.

After attending culinary school at Schoolcraft College in Michigan in 1985, Kevin gained experience in various restaurants, hotels, and country clubs, honing his skills in menu creation and launching new concepts.

Nicole began her journey in the culinary world straight out of high school, enrolling in pastry school with aspirations of working in prestigious establishments like casinos or hotels. However, it was during her time in college that she discovered her love for cake decorating, leading her to specialize in this craft. Graduating with an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of Michigan in 2012, Nicole’s focus remained on perfecting her skills in cake decoration.

Her internship took her to Mackinac Island, where she worked with chocolate and candy at Joann’s Fudge Shop. Following that, Nicole spent five years at Oliver T’s in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where she baked, decorated cakes, and even taught cake decorating classes, eventually advancing to a managerial position.

With a deep-seated passion for baking, Nicole’s expertise lies in crafting custom cakes and wedding cakes. She is dedicated to bringing her clients’ dream cakes to life and would be thrilled to design yours.
