We are located on Dixie Highway in Waterford, Michigan. We pride ourselves on creating delicious baked goods, including custom cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies and specialty pastries, with high quality ingredients that taste just like Grandma baked them herself!
We have a gluten free line which includes breads, cheesecakes, and granola. We offer nut-free, dairy free and egg free options!
All of our items are made every day in the bakery, by us, to give you the freshest, highest quality items.

“I started baking with my Mom when I was just a little kid. I found my love of baking and creating with her guidance and expertise. She always made a ton of cheesecakes and cookies for the neighborhood and our church and everyone loved them! I inherited from her, my love of baking for others. My family owned deli’s and bakeries which I worked at as a teenager. I learned from my Dad not to cut corners when it comes to quality and service.
I attended culinary school at Schoolcraft College in Michigan in 1985. I then worked in several restaurants, hotels and country clubs creating menus, launching new concepts and developing my skills.
I created a line of granola, Pure Blend Granola, in 2011 that is gluten free , packed with healthy antioxidants and tastes good! It is full of good things such as chia, flax and black sesame seeds, chocolate nibs, certified gluten free whole grain oats, and a blend of extra virgin olive oil & rice oil. It is low in sodium and sugar! We are in several grocery and health food stores, and it is also is available at the bakery!
I decided to expand and open the bakery in 2015 to get back into the pastries I love to create. I have been baking my whole life and opening a bakery that makes the freshest baked goods with the best ingredients made sense! I pride myself on the best customer service and products! “I started college right after high school and chose to go to pastry school thinking I wanted to work in a casino or hotel. In college, I decided I loved cake decorating and that’s all I focused on. I went to the Culinary Institute of Michigan and graduated with my Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2012.
I did my internship working with chocolate and candy on Mackinac Island at Joann’s Fudge Shop. I worked at Oliver T’s in Grand Blanc, Michigan, for 5 years, baking and decorating cakes and teaching cake decorating classes, and eventually became a manager.
I have a passion for baking and especially in designing custom cakes and wedding cakes! I would love to design your dream cake!”
